From studio to delivery of my latest AND largest commission!! ✔️

@allisonpriorinteriors is working on a design transformation and asked me to create a large scale focal point from my “This Way and That Way Series” through @conveyartgallery 🖤🤍 The client is so happy which makes me thrilled and I can’t wait to see it all come together!!

BTW, noooo, I don’t paint in a white dress, but @sydneysheehanphoto was here for a shoot and took fun photos of me in my studio ☺️👩‍🎨

Displaying artwork from different series by the same artist can create a very cohesive and engaging look in one’s home 🏠🎨🖼️ #abstracts #artseries

My collector did a “deep dive” into my website and found three paintings that shared a similar color palette. When we put them together they looked harmonious and thoughtfully curated 💗

JOY is the word that comes to mind when I think of my “Flower Power” series. That is the feeling I have when I’m creating these works and that is the word my collectors use over and over to describe how they feel when they are hanging on their walls!! 🩵😀💙 #modernabstract #happyart

On this latest piece the interplay of turquoise blues and sandy neutrals reminds me of a blissful beach day. Do you feel it too?? 🌊⌛️☀️

#artcommission signed, sealed and delivered!! 👍🖌️

For this painting, @daleyhomeinspo asked me to create a big graphic and happy one of my “Flower Power” pieces in all her favorite blues. I spent time overlapping varying shapes with stripes to make it feel organic and used contrasting vibrant colors for visual impact 💙🩵💙

It’s going over a sofa in the living room of their new Vermont lake home and I can’t wait to see the shots after she’s on the wall!! 💙🤍🩵 #artandinteriors #happyclientshappyme

HAND PAINTED LIMITED EDITION RAFFIA Totes now up on my site!! 🖋️👜🎨 #wearart #summerchic

I took all the colors, shapes and stripes that I’m so crazy about and painted them on these adorable bags. They look great for formal occasions or for daily adventures!! Six with bamboo handles (some already sold) and six with canvas handles. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!! 💗🩵💙🧡

Please go to www.yclavelouxart.com to see what is available and to order. PS I sealed the paint so colors won’t run, AND if you’d like a striped border, I’m happy to add that!! ✨
