Refund and Returns Policy

At Yvonne Claveloux, we take pride in the quality of our artwork and products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Original art is excluded from all returns and refunds. Customers may request a return within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or altered
  • Items not returned in original packaging

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email yclavelouxart@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved:

  • full refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be completed after approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
